Päijänne national park area is stunning/ water is super clean, needs more time than 1 week to explore 😍 2. If you do bikerafting, we recommend to practice packing few times in advance because it can take time 3. Since the lake is pretty big (119km long) if you want to fish...

It's not true that steel is more durable than aluminium? Did you miss the lectures on fatigue in materials engineering? I swear, you people just make stuff up.
Steel is more durable. But here we are talking about bicycle frame. There is so much engineering goes tovmake durable and comfy bike frame. I have cycled with heavy load (150kg) on both of the frame for more than a decade of my life. I had no issue with Alu frames or steel frames. But the fact steel frames are more flexiable under heavy load compare to Alu frame is a big down side for me. If yoy want to build a stiff frame like Alu from steel then steel frame become pretty heavy. So personaly i really prefer Alu frames now specially for heavy touring. Bit for lightweight bikepacking dosen’t the matter really. When we talk about Velotraum Finder this frame is built like tank. It is incredibly durable and comfy to ride. You can also check other riders feed back on velotraum finder. I seen anyone complaining about the frame. Also we Don’t just make stuff up. When you sit in your coach and eat chips And watch TV i sweat and cycle more thsn 50k km around the world. I cross sahara on the bike and acrtic. I sleep in my tent for more than 8years of my life at least. So i test these bikes snd equipments, i study aboout the since behind it then i give feedback. So… i think you got what i mean so i don’t say more…. / best regards Peyman 😉
Love you so much!!! I have hard painfull problems in my lowerback since i began cycling on gravelbike, and i was looking for solutions when you appeared !! thank you so much for sharing your experiences! i want to go on travelling ith my dog and i need a exceptional handlebar such as you were talking about! thanks ! again!
And what About toilet. Do you have one?
Did u watch the video? 😊
@@NomadsTrails Yes, of course. My apology, i m not native speaker and my English is not so skill. I undesrstand about peeing, but my question aim to "number two", if you know what I mean. I am thinking about living in van too, but one of my greatest fears is about "number two" and private. So I am looking for inspiration
You find an inspiration in the video at point 9:18
Perfect.
Not showing off, but I've got a kitchen.
Finally, an actual review on these style stoves. Thank you!!! You just solidified my purchase
Stoe
Thank you
Hast mir geholfen mich zu entscheiden danke peyman❤
I like the turd option
What a beautiful and healthy pair! Ohh I wish I was young again! I think being In the cold that much gives you two beautiful skin. Came up On My random UA-cam as I watch a few Van Lifers on a regular basis. I’m in Portland, Oregon. Always wanted to go to Finland and Norway since I was a kid. So beautiful! So much nature.
Hi Peyman, Thank you for sharing this. I bought a petromax stove 1.5 liter. With 1 cardboard (medium size that can easily be found in a paper container), I can boil 1.5 liters of water and heat a dish. I find it incredible. The dream would be the same system but which burns the smoke (if you know what I mean) and that way we would be more discreet.
Yes i agree with u,maybe i'm not friendly biker for dropbar.. when uphill it's okay.. but when downhill noo waay.. i've got pain in my hips, neck & wrist to control the bike.. But i really appreciate person who can enjoy with drop bar.. they're tough guy 😬👍
I live in narok just as u enter narok i would hav loved to meet u guys
Of course. Build your bikes from metal recycling facility and spend few euros for Mylar bags and the rest is for food. Doable
Surprised it was more than one bite for you.
Спасибо,было очень интересно!
What’s the mileage on the Iveco?
Too much 😂
Excelent video, Thanks for share your adventures and experiences in africa. Grettings from Colombia. DRAGÓN BIKE
Good job
I noticed a Finnish flag on the back of your bike. What's the story on that?
We are from Finland 😊
@@NomadsTrails Sweet, same here. I have been looking into internal gear hubs and belt drives recently. I'm thinking about belt driven, internal gear hub, electrified, bakfiet style cargo bike recently. Any thoughts if such a thing exists or is feasible?
Funny bunch. And then there are beardissues afterwards too.
Looking good, either way 😂
Cool 😁 But .. Where are the bikes?
During the winter, they are spending time in much more warmer place than us 😂
😂😂😂 peyman is a daredevil 😂😂😂❤
Peyman is all man maximum enjoy
She’s like tweety bird and he’s the Tasmanian devil 🤣
You are 600 Euro Legends
Why making it complicated? You have good bikes and equipment.
Please ping us when you reach Berlin. We are just 1 hour far from Berlin. Would like to meet you guys.❤
Impossible.
❤❤❤❤❤can't wait ❤❤❤❤ and god luck stay safe and healthy, lets goooooo🤙🫶🍀🙏
The problem is...cheap bike will always cause problems...You need a good one for journey like that
U won't survive. What a hipster thing to do.. you don't have a job? Why freaking to moffen land???
No way. You have spent all your money even before you get to Turku.
What happened to your bikes and equipment?
As long as you don't pass trough Åland.
Nice, I’ll get my popcorn ready 👍
getting the bikes and ferry tickets alone is gonna be a challenge. Finland is not cheap
Vikingline is.. but NOT in the middle off the tourist season..😂 I hope they book their tickets far ahead of time... if they don't have them already, that can be haaard to get.. everything is booked out
€300? I spent that last night on a nigh out 🎉 Still, really looking forward to the 10th July… good luck guys…✌🏼
You two could survive in most places. Go Team, go!
What ever? I know you have the top of the line touring bicycles with belt drive
Indeed we do and we love our Velotraum Finder bikes but in this challenge we are not using those or any other equipments. The idea is to see is it possible to get the bicycle and equipments with 300€ 😊
@@NomadsTrails ok cool
@@NomadsTrails I suspect it is already the case but go to thriftstores! And then, to the back of thriftstores, whoever supplies them! Maybe even knocking on peoples doors to ask if they have a spare bike you can borrow! (Although I don't know if this works on Finland)
Ok good Luck 🚴👍
You guys are seriously not from Finland, you dont sound like Lauri from Hydraulic Press Channel. 😀😀
😂
If you are Close to Helsinki then you are not in the north of finland. Your south, keep it right
Keep listening better. I said “We are here in the North in Finland” not “ we are here in the North OF Finland”. So what we said means that Finland is in the north compared for example to rest of the Europe, not Northern part of Finland. We keep it always right, no need to just point out if you don’t understand what we say. /Peyman
Mosquitoes are the biggest problem in Lapland, eat you alive, even in Rovaniemi.
Why live in a van without proper insulations and heating
Because money
Make your live cosier and get a diesel heater 120 euro . Hadar
Looks like a lot of work.
